This has taken a very long time, but at last making some progress. I am now running up to 12 x 30 second intervals with little pain.
This is a real eye opener diving into the world of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM). Making some progress though. Employed an agency initially, but decided to go it alone.
Yup, this sounds like a bunch of hippy crap. However there is a chunk of science behind it. Have a read of Dan Harris's book 10% Happier. So far, meditating has made me 7.5% happier, so it must be working.
